KEMSA
LABORATORIES AND KEMDALIN
AFTER FIVE YEARS
KEMSA LABORATORIES, manufacturers of
KEMDALIN, the highest quality AMYGDALIN in
the world, has completed five years since
commencing their activities as a 100%
Mexican enterprise, devoted to the research,
development and commercialization of
pharmaceutical medicines and products of
great value in many illnesses.
During these five years, many endeavors have
been undertaken in the research and
production of KEMDALIN (AMYGDALIN). Just a
few years ago this drug of vegetable origin
was practically unknown in Mexico, but after
a careful study of writings from around the
world, and a fierce dedication to conquer
problems concerning production and quality
control which at times seemed inexpressible,
it has been possible to attain the much
desired goal of being able to offer to the
attending doctor the highest quality
AMYGDALIN in practical and useful forms.
We are proud of the highly qualified
personnel who are responsible for the
precision and sophistication of the
instruments and technology in use today in
the production of AMYGDALIN.
It should be mentioned that bibliographic
references in this respect are abundant,
ever since the past century Otto Jacobsenin
his book Die Glycoside (1887) writes,
"Amygdalin is not toxic" and also includes
in the bibliography, 99 articles written up
to 20 years prior to his publication. In our
century, F. R. Davison in his book
Synopsis of Materia Medica, Toxicology and
Pharmacology (1944) writes, "The
glucoside AMYGDALIN administered by
injection does not produce harmful effects."
All this, and the studies we shall include,
have the purpose of increasing our
confidence in prescribing KEMDALIN
(AMYGDALIN)
This monograph has as its principal
objective to give adequate information about
AMYGDALIN and the use of the same in the
treatment of malignant neoplasms, hoping
that it will be useful to all those medical
professionals who in some form are involved
in the multidisciplinary treatment of the
sick person with cancer.
It is our desire that AMYGDALIN be an
alternate form of treatment rather than used
as part of an integral treatment against
cancer, that it give better possibilities
for success in the daily care of patients
with malignant tumors, who are full of
frustrations and in such need of better
long-term results.
